Have you ever been walking in the woods or down a neighborhood street, and felt like someone was watching you? Do you have fear of hiking or camping alone? Have you ever had an encounter with a predator whether its 4-legged or 2-legged? Then this class is for you! How do you know that you are being stalked? What do you do? How can you prepared for such an encounter and more importantly, how do you avoid the situation all together? These questions and more will be addressed by our guest instructor, Lindsay Persico! Lindsay, was the winner of History channel's Alone, the Beast! She is an assistant coach with Bristol Bay Fitness and in her spare time, pursues her love of hunting and all aspects of outdoor life. Processing game, hiking, fitness, shooting, fishing and camping are just some of the interests she finds herself enjoying. She has a lifetime of outdoor experience and is just simply, badass!
